1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Omni Smart Homes ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing equipment, or enrolling in monitoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Omni Smart Homes provides smart home security systems, monitoring services, automation equipment, life safety devices, and related installation services.

Service availability may vary based on location, equipment compatibility, and monitoring provider requirements.

3. Monitoring Services

Monitoring services are provided through third-party central monitoring stations. By enrolling in monitoring services, you authorize us to transmit alarm signals and related data to the monitoring center.

We do not guarantee that monitoring services will prevent all loss, injury, or damage.

4. Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay all fees associated with equipment, installation, and recurring monitoring services.

  • Recurring monitoring fees are billed monthly or annually, as agreed.
  • Payments may be processed via credit card, debit card, or ACH authorization.
  • Late payments may result in service interruption.

You authorize Omni Smart Homes to charge your selected payment method for all agreed services.

5. Equipment Ownership

Equipment may be purchased outright or financed under separate agreement. Title and ownership terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

6. Installation & Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for installation, maintenance, and service calls. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, wiring issues, or structural limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Omni Smart Homes is not an insurer. Our fees are based solely on the value of the services provided, not on the value of your property or potential losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

8. No Guarantee of Prevention

Security and monitoring systems are deterrent tools and do not guarantee prevention of burglary, fire, water damage, or other emergencies.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Service agreements may include minimum term commitments. Early termination may result in fees as outlined in your signed agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

10. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive account-related communications, appointment reminders, billing notifications, and optional marketing messages.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or clicking unsubscribe in emails.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials are the property of Omni Smart Homes and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Our systems may integrate with third-party platforms and applications. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of third-party providers.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
